CONTRACT PERFORMANCE CHEF
GCF is expanding its national network of Contract Performance Chefs to support pre-game, post-game, and in-flight meal production for teams across major U.S. markets. This flexible, project-based role is ideal for chefs with a passion for sports performance nutrition, impeccable execution, and the ability to deliver in fast-paced environments. You will work on an as-needed basis to fulfill custom team or athlete-specific orders within your city. Opportunities vary weekly based on team travel, competition schedules, and facility needs.
FUEL CLUB ASSISTANT MANAGER
GCF is seeking a Fuel Club Assistant Manager to support our weekly custom meal planning and production operations. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with a strong interest in performance nutrition, macro-based cooking, and dietary customization. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to execute menus, prep meals, and ensure accuracy and quality across our weekly meal delivery service. This is a hands-on role with both remote planning responsibilities and in-kitchen execution.
EXECUTIVE PERFORMANCE CHEF
The pay range for this role is $135,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and certifications. In addition to those factors, we consider the relative pay of our current employees in similar positions when making a final offer.
PERFORMANCE SOUS CHEF
The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and certifications.
